Sales Director Roles

We are currently recruiting for sales director positions within the IT and Telecoms sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
 Developing and deploying a sales development strategy focussed on further increasing sales and a client base in target markets.
 Managing, developing and motivating a small sales team based in the UK
 Identifying target organisations in their target sectors and developing a pipeline of new business.
 Building and managing key client relationships with existing and new key accounts across the region.
 Taking a lead role on significant sales, managing the client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle and post sales implementation.
 Working with the marketing team to develop material to support the position of the business and brand in their target markets.
 Representing the company at trade conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
 Maintaining a thorough understanding of sector, market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
 Capability to address the Board and present appropriate actions and remedial plans with gravitas and excellent communications.
 Recruit and develop quality people into and upwards within the organisation.

Who we’re looking for

Prospective candidates will be of graduate calibre with a proven track record of success in enterprise IT solution sales. You will have a history of winning new business across an national region whilst managing and developing key accounts to ensure sales opportunities are maximised. Of equal importance are demonstrable sales management skills coupled with a strong commercial awareness to ensure the business continues to grow their market share. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will ensure you have an immediate impact in this growth business
