The Marketing Director role is a fantastic new opportunity where you will be part of the senior management team to help pioneer the evolution and take ownership for the development and delivery of the marketing strategy to bring the vision, values and principles of the business to life. Reporting to the CEO you will lead, mentor, develop and manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team. The role will operate across the various business units, liaising closely with the respective senior management teams to deliver integrated marketing and communication campaigns. This is a commercial role where you will be tasked with looking at new routes to market, maximising exposure and reputation whilst improving ROI. Key areas of focus will be to develop metrics and standards, develop and strengthen existing strategic partnerships and alliances, develop the digital strategy, oversee PR, media relations, awards, sponsorship, events and public speaking opportunities.
Who we’re looking for
To be considered for the Marketing Director position you will need to be degree educated or equivalent, in a marketing or business related field with proven leadership level marketing experience gained in the UK market. You will have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering commercially focused marketing strategies and integrated campaigns together with leading, mentoring and managing marketing teams. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with the gravitas to influence and make decisions, able to take initiative and have an innovative approach. This is a full marketing mix role. A background in the ITC sector is desirable.
