This role is responsible for managing Collections Operations Team Leaders and Operational Improvement Executives that are in turn responsible for delivering consistent Customer outcomes.
A key responsibility is to lead the day to day run of the team ensuring that SLAs are achieved and effective controls are in place
Contribute to and actively participate in the wider Customer Experience Directorate leadership team to ensure consistent application of all internal policies and procedures whilst demonstrating role-model behaviours.
