Chief Executive Officer
Our client a large international Corporation involved us to search for a CEO for a large project the corporation is undertaking. The project will lead the spin-out into a private incorporated entity.
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Define and implement a working strategy for a new business
• Retain, identify and hire top talent in marketing, sales and operations
• Work with a diverse employee group operating in numerous countries
• Travel and represent the project at conferences, partner events, and for the purpose of business acquisition
• Work with diverse groups of stakeholders
Requirements
The required profile includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Experienced entrepreneur with demonstrable achievements in growing an early-stage company
• Solid track record of bottom-line growth through retention and expansion of clientele
• Understanding of and experience in the agriculture sector or similar businesses in which technology links small producers to global markets
• Good understanding of the Software-as-a-Service business model
• Experience working in emerging markets (Asia, Africa or South America)
• Ability to work across profit and not-for-profit sectors
• Experience working with or managing a software-based company or project.
